IT Support Technician Intern

We're looking for IT support interns to join Datadog's Enterprise IT organization. As an Enterprise IT Support intern, you will combine theoretical learning at your school with practical, hands-on experience in our IT Support team. You will assist in providing customer service and technical support for our employees, shadow and support laptop deployment, participate in new hire orientations, and contribute to documentation creation and maintenance.

Requirements

• In the process of receiving/Have a degree in IT, Communications, or a related field
• Passionate about technology and eager to learn
• Love working in a team and helping people
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software
• Curious about how things work and enjoy problem-solving
• Familiarity with macOS, iOS, or other Apple devices is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace or other SaaS applications is a plus
