Job Description
We are looking for a Partner Solutions Architect to support our Partners in technical initiatives, ensure successful onboarding and training, and advocate on their behalf with Datadog internal teams. The ideal candidate has a solid technical grounding, 10-15 years of experience in a customer or partner facing technical role, and a passion for learning.
Requirements
- Ensure successful onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources
- Participate in periodic joint business planning and review sessions
- Collaborate internally to support Partner technical initiatives
- Advocate on behalf of Partners' technical concerns
- Analyze and understand Partner service offerings
- Collaborate with Datadog's product management, engineering, and technical services teams
- Continuously help curate and evolve lead/best practices for Datadog platform adoption and success
