Job Description
The Partner Solutions Architect (PSA) role is responsible for supporting technical initiatives and activities for partners, ensuring successful onboarding, training, and certification of partner technical resources. The PSA will collaborate with Datadog and partner resources to drive success and advocate on behalf of partners' technical concerns. A solid technical grounding with hands-on experience of IT Development and/or Operations is required, along with a passion for learning and a self-starter mentality.
Requirements
- Possess a solid technical grounding with hands-on experience of IT Development and/or Operations
- Has a demonstrable track-record and never-ending passion for learning
- A self-starter, tech-savvy professional with solid business acumen
- Confident presentation skills
- Desired hands-on experience in two or more of the following areas: Observability, Public Cloud, Containerization, Dev/Scripting, Config Mgmt, CI / CD
