Senior Counsel, Corporate & M&A

The Legal team supports Datadog's rapid growth by providing a wide range of legal services across a highly dynamic technology company. We are looking for a business-savvy attorney to provide legal counsel for M&A and other strategic transactions globally.

Requirements

• A licensed attorney with at least 5 years of experience in M&A at a nationally recognized law firm
• Experience with public company reporting and equity compensation a plus, but not required
• Detail-oriented, independent self-starter and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
