Technical Support Engineer 2

We are the in-house product experts for Datadog, enabling global growth through demos, presentations, and ongoing support. We value office culture and operate a hybrid work place. Responsibilities include training, resolving technical support needs, re-creating technical issues, and providing product demos for customers.

Requirements

• SaaS company experience in multi-channel technical support
• Experience with Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, or similar software
• Troubleshooting and programming experience
• Business or native level of Japanese proficiency
