Datalex is seeking an exceptional, highly motivated and experienced commercial lawyer to join their legal team as Legal Counsel.
Requirements
- Minimum of five yearsâ PQE.
- Qualified lawyer (solicitor/barrister/lawyer) within the EU, UK, or another relevant jurisdiction.
- Experience working in the technology sector across software, internet, e-commerce, privacy and marketing issues.
- Proven experience in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts.
- Experience working with international vendors and partners.
- Knowledge of the airline industry is highly advantageous.
