Java Backend Lead Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Backend Lead Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Microservices, and Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will lead backend development efforts, design scalable microservice architectures, guide the engineering team, and deliver high-quality, cloud-native solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of backend development experience, with at least 2+ years in a lead role.
• Strong expertise in: Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, REST APIs, Microservices architecture, Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services (App Services, Functions, API Gateway, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB).
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and leadership abilities.
