Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment operations, staffing, or HR support
• Strong understanding of job portals and recruitment workflows
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
