As a Customer Success Manager at DataSnipper, you will be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our customers, driving meaningful business transformation through our AI-powered platform. You will drive impactful customer outcomes throughout the entire customer journey, from onboarding through renewal and expansion, helping clients reimagine their audit and finance workflows, unlock efficiency gains, and achieve measurable ROI.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Solutions Consulting, or another client-service role in B2B SaaS
- Audit or finance industry exposure is preferred (either through prior roles or by working closely with audit/accounting teams)
- Proven ability to help customers reimagine their processes and workflows, demonstrating how technology can drive measurable business outcomes and competitive advantage
