Job Description
The Customer Success Manager (New Markets) will be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to large enterprise customers, helping them unlock measurable value with DataSnipper's AI-powered platform. The role requires strong customer success experience, enterprise customer confidence, and a discovery mindset.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Solutions Consulting, or another client-facing role in B2B SaaS
- Enterprise customer confidence: Comfort engaging and influencing stakeholders across multiple levels
- Strong curiosity and structured thinking to explore new markets and workflows
- Proven ability to translate product capabilities into measurable business outcomes
- Accountability and ownership: A strong sense of ownership over customer outcomes and a drive to follow through on details
- Collaborative approach: Able to work effectively across functions, communicate customer insights clearly, and align internal teams around customer needs
- Adaptability: Comfortable in fast-moving environments where customer needs and priorities evolve
- Excellence in communication: Professional fluency in English plus at least one European language (German, French, Dutch, or Spanish preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
