The position
As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for technical matters in the field of APIs and SaaS and will work together with colleagues from various departments towards a common goal. Your broad experience and skills, as well as your interest in software development, can be put to good use on a daily basis. Your tasks
- Responsible as Product Manager for payment solutions, from consulting to technical integration and further development
- Cooperation with payment service providers, technology partners, and credit card organizations (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Amazon Pay, TWINT, and many more)
- Cooperation with internal stakeholders from software development, sales, and operations
- Tasks in the context of project management, business analysis, and requirements engineering
- Co-responsible for the development of new solution approaches in web and mobile payment and for the evaluation of implementation options
- Technical consulting and training of sales and operations teams, as well as support in tendering

- Preparation of technical specifications, requirement documents, and documentation
What you bring
- Completed studies at FH/UNI/ETH level
- At least 4 years of experience in professional software development as a software engineer
- Good knowledge of web technologies (APIs, HTTP, XML, HTML, JSON, REST)
- Experience in the field of web or app applications is an advantage (e.g. product management, project management, Scrum Master, Product Owner)
- Self-motivated, independent, and efficient working style with strong goal orientation
- Curiosity, creativity, and entrepreneurial thinking in the development of solutions
- Quick understanding and advanced analytical and conceptual skills
- Reliability and high commitment
- Ability to manage different projects and requirements simultaneously
- Conflict resolution skills (seller - payment service provider - internal stakeholders - resources)
- Very good German and English in word and writing, with good expressiveness
