The successful candidate will work with ML engineers, research teams, and infrastructure leads to help them realize the full value of DatologyAI's platform. This role involves building and operationalizing the customer success function from scratch, owning onboarding and expansion for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, and serving as the primary relationship owner and project lead post-sale.
