Job Description
Davenergy Solutions is a rapidly growing company seeking a full-time Construction Manager to oversee construction of infrastructure upgrades and renovation work at the Oklahoma City VA HCS. The Construction Manager will represent the Owner and provide onsite construction oversight, coordination, and quality assurance services.
Requirements
- Perform onsite inspections to verify construction work complies with contract documents, drawings, specifications, and applicable codes
- Monitor construction progress and report schedule, quality, and safety issues to the Government COR
- Coordinate and track RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings to support timely reviews
- Identify constructability, sequencing, and coordination issues and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain daily field reports, inspection logs, deficiency lists, and progress documentation
- Support commissioning activities and coordination with testing agencies
- Assist with project closeout activities including punchlists, as-builts, warranties, and O&M documentation
