Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Project Manager at the Oklahoma City VA HCS to provide project management support in cooperation with VA staff, architects, engineers, and construction contractors.
Requirements
- Manage all phases of assigned construction projects
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors, subcontractors, and clients
- Provide expert-level project and/or construction management consultation
- Support Government inspection and quality assurance teams
- Track project schedules; identify delays and implement corrective actions
- Review and manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and inspection records
- Use construction management software for scheduling, tracking, reporting, and documentation
