Dave & Buster’s is seeking a Host / Front Desk team member to provide a positive and welcoming experience for Guests. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Greet Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephones
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk and Host station
- Manage wait times and communicate information to Guests and Team Members
- Process transactions and reconcile monies
