Job Description
The Box Office Agent will provide excellent customer service and assist guests at the box office counter with reservations, new orders, and relevant questions. The agent will input reservations and orders into the in-house ticketing system, collect required paperwork, payment, and/or vouchers, and promote upgrades on every order.
