We are seeking a Box Office Agent to provide excellent customer service and work with the box office team to provide a great time for guests before the show starts. The ideal candidate will have charm, a sense of humor, and motivation to serve our guests and contribute to their amazing experience at our Theaters.
Requirements
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work with the box office team
- Input reservations and orders into the in-house ticketing system
- Collect required paperwork, payment, and/or vouchers
- Promote upgrades on every order
- Assist with scanning, ticket taking, and theater check-in
- Answer customer calls for reservations, new orders, and/or relevant questions
- Perform ticket auditing function
- Assist in conflict resolution
- Follow all opening and closing procedures
- Document and update customer records
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving shows and services
- Uphold payment handling policy and ensure all revenue is reported properly
- Collect all paperwork obtained throughout your shift and turn in for auditing
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge of in-house ticketing system
- Ensure your station is stocked for your shift
- Assist with line management
- Assist with fraud detection
- Participate in company training sessions
- Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned
