Job Description
David Zwirner seeks a Facilities Manager to lead operations at our W 19th Street galleries, overseeing maintenance, functionality, and appearance of all gallery spaces, ensuring the highest standards of presentation and safety.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in facilities or building management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proactive and resourceful approach to problem solving and maintenance
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing or mentoring staff
