Job Description
The Sunny Hotel in Sunny Isles Beach, FL is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to manage food and beverage operations, including managing budgets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and developing menus. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing a team in a fast-paced, high-end establishment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel/resort setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs
- Proficient in menu planning and development
- Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- ServSafe certification is a plus
