Grounds Specialist - Inkwell at Baseline ~ Broomfield, CO

The Grounds Specialist maintains the physical aspects of the property, including the grounds, common areas, and amenities, and assists with general maintenance and repairs. Responsibilities include removing litter and debris, cleaning facilities, and performing general labor duties. Preferred qualifications include one or more years of general labor experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of general labor job experience
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certified (preferred)
• Ability to use a variety of hand tools, cleaning supplies, and other equipment needed for the role
• Excellent time management skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift tools, equipment, and other items in the unit (approximately 50 lbs)
• Work over 40 hours per week as business needs deem appropriate
