This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors and staff as Maintenance Supervisor at Baseline in Broomfield, CO.
Requirements
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in multi-family property management
- EPA, OSHA, Fair Housing, and pool certification
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift equipment and appliances up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license
- Daily transportation for getting supplies and other duties
- Ability to work over 40 hours per week
