3+ years of software development experience, practical knowledge of Azure AI, OpenAI API, and vector databases, familiarity with RAG architectures and prompt engineering, and ability to integrate AI with enterprise systems

5+ years of paralegal experience, Bachelor's degree, and highly developed skills in time and task management

3+ years of experience as an attorney conducting conflict analysis in a large law firm environment, JD required, and demonstrated knowledge of conflict-of-interest rules under the Rule of Professional Conduct
