CLE Specialist

Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is looking for a CLE Specialist to join their team in Seattle. The CLE Specialist will be responsible for ensuring CLE accreditation and reporting for all firm-sponsored CLEs across multiple U.S. jurisdictions. The ideal candidate is highly organized and prioritizes customer service, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with similar administrative and database responsibilities in a law firm or other professional services organization is required;
• Previous experience with MCLE tracking and coordination preferred;
• Bachelor's Degree;
• Demonstrated ability to learn and use database applications required;
• Demonstrated proficiency of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel required;
