The Business Development Director is responsible for leading market strategy, driving growth initiatives, and building strategic partnerships across assigned divisions. This role requires independent strategic thinking to proactively propose actionable growth strategies, including acquisitions, upstream physician engagement, joint ventures, and value-based care partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, finance, or a related field required
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in business development, corporate strategy, or healthcare operations required
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence senior operations leaders and external partners required
- Strong financial acumen and experience with healthcare M&A, value-based care, or joint ventures preferred
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
