Director, Business Development position at DaVita, responsible for building and executing growth plans in assigned geographic markets, identifying and developing strategic growth opportunities, and leading successful expansion of existing relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of transaction experience in Corporate Development and sales
- Experience in development of new Hospital and System relationships development preferred
- Significant work experience in the healthcare industry with Medical Device Strategic Sales, Health System strategy and growth, knowledge of industry dynamics
- Excellent negotiation skills with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Strong influential leadership skills with a team-oriented and collaborative approach
