Job Description
The Director, IKC Clinical Programs, will lead the execution of strategic initiatives that drive DaVita's value-based care programs, overseeing and representing the IKC business priorities through the duration of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) transition and implementation.
Requirements
- Strategic Leadership: Partner to drive the prioritization and implementation aligned with DaVita’s care model strategy.
- Operational Execution & Project Management: Establish clear project objectives, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, clinical, IT, product, and compliance, to execute against the implementation project plan.
- Special Project Execution: Execute team management processes including meeting agendas, recaps and follow-ups.
