Job Description
The Director, IKC Operations will oversee the daily operations of a clinical operations team within the Nebraska, Iowa, Colorado, Kansas, and West Missouri markets. The Director will be responsible for supervising managers and front-line teammates, improving systems and processes, and achieving clinical operations goals.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Operational Leadership experience
- Experience managing budgets and driving metrics
- Preferred experience in healthcare, physician engagement, and value-based care
- Masters degree preferred
- Prior P/L management experience
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
