Job Description
The Hospital Outreach Manager (Account Manager) will ensure DaVita is the provider of choice to hospitals, engaging renal discharge planners and case managers to build and strengthen partnerships. The role involves analyzing data insights, delivering impactful communication, and building relationships to drive growth and improve patient experiences.
