Job Description
The Hospital Outreach Manager will engage renal discharge planners and case managers to build and strengthen relationships, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for patients. They will analyze data insights, drive growth, and develop comprehensive knowledge of the local area. This is a hybrid role, requiring onsite travel up to 40% within Austin & San Antonio, and travel to South Texas required 1X quarter.
Requirements
- Account manager, account executive and/or project management experience highly preferred
- Analytical rigor with strategic thinking to translate feedback into growth-oriented business strategies
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
