Job Description
The Manager, Clinical Services role supports clinics in ensuring safety readiness through immediate response to adverse events and regulatory surveys, upskilling clinic teams on clinical competencies, and providing expert oversight for clinical outcomes.
Requirements
- RN license
- Minimum 2 years (3 yrs. Preferred) Nephrology Experience
- Experience leading clinical function or managing nurses
- Experience in teaching adult learning with demonstrated ability to communicate technical/medical information in lay terms
- Intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
