Job Description
The Manager, Clinical Services (CSS) role supports clinics by ensuring safety readiness, upskilling teams, and providing expert oversight for clinical outcomes.
Requirements
- Education to commensurate with RN license
- Minimum 2 years (3 yrs. Preferred) Nephrology Experience
- Experience leading clinical function or managing nurses
- Experience in teaching adult learning with demonstrated ability to communicate technical/medical information in lay terms
- Intermediate computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with ability to create presentations and use the internet effectively
