Vice President, Clinical Services and Operations

The Vice President of Clinical Services and Operations will serve as an enterprise clinical leader responsible for setting and advancing clinical services strategy while ensuring strong field execution. This role will oversee clinical writing and governance, as well as the design, delivery, and evaluation of clinical education programs that build teammate capability. The VP will leverage data, trends, and performance metrics to monitor impact and continuously strengthen safety, quality, and operational performance across the country.

Requirements

• Sets enterprise direction for clinical services strategies & programs
• Provides executive leadership for innovation and strategic initiatives
• Manages compliance and regulatory adherence
• Establishes enterprise clinical education strategy and priorities
• Manages a diverse team including Directors of Clinical Services and Clinical Services Managers
• Partners with Field OPUS leaders and Palmers to drive effective implementation of clinical strategy
• Maintains strong field presence through regular travel to markets and clinics
• Participates in the development and management of capital budgets
