Requirements
- Degree or Masters level qualification.
- Knowledge of or previous experience in reward and compensation frameworks.
- Experience working in a financial institution or a highly regulated environment, with strong awareness of compliance, governance, and regulatory expectations.
- A high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, with strong capability in data analysis and presentation.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, listening and communication skills with a high level of empathy.
- A flexible, positive attitude towards work.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative, high performing reward and HR team.
- An ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
