Senior Cloud Security Engineer

Davy is seeking a Senior Cloud Security Engineer to lead security assurance across cloud platforms and modern development practices. The role combines hands-on cloud security engineering, DevSecOps expertise, solution architecture review, and security governance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering enterprise-level cybersecurity solutions and controls.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure/M365 security architecture and tooling.
• Hands-on experience with hybrid enterprise environments (Active Directory, Entra, Windows Server, RHEL).
• Practical familiarity with secure coding principles, CI/CD integrations, and application security tooling (SAST/DAST).
• Strong understanding of API security, networking fundamentals, Linux/Windows hardening, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with containerised platforms, especially Red Hat OpenShift.
• Strong analytical abilities with a structured approach to troubleshooting and incident response.
• Ability to identify systemic issues and recommend long-term improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to articulate security risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
