Senior Portfolio Analyst/Engineer - 18 Month FTC

We are seeking a Senior Portfolio Analyst/Engineer to join our Investment Team in Dublin, Ireland. The successful candidate will work with senior members to monitor and report on performance and risk of funds and portfolios, analyze and communicate drivers of performance, and support the Investment Committee's evaluations and decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Economics/Finance/Mathematics etc
• Familiar with multi-asset portfolios and institutional investment strategies
• Experience of quantitative research, performance measurement, performance attribution and ex-ante/ex-post risk
• Strong interest in financial modelling, portfolio analytics, statistical analysis and data modeling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of scripted/programming languages (e.g. Python and SQL)
• Strong understanding of financial markets and the main asset classes
• Excellent information technology capability, including a high level of competence in Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of UCITS, MiFID II or SFDR regulatory requirements would be beneficial
• CFA qualification, or working towards, would be beneficial
• Excellent planning and organizational capabilities
