Job Description
As the Partner GTM Enablement, Senior Manager at Dayforce, you will play a key role in equipping our partner ecosystem and field teams to successfully execute our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. You will design and deliver enablement strategies that combine structured programs, scalable content, and strategic communication to drive clarity, alignment, and adoption.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Partner Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or a related field
- Proven ability to design and execute enablement programs that drive partner and sales performance
- Strong communication, storytelling, and messaging skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence stakeholders
