Senior Solutions Specialist responsible for assisting Implementation project teams, providing limited customer support, and delivering long-term solutions to fix configuration gaps identified by Dayforce customers post go-live.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant software/computer related fields
- 4+ years of support experience or equivalent
- Superior communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong proficiency with SQL and an understanding of relational database systems
- Expert understanding of programming, HTML and Microsoft Server Technology
- Technical knowledge of XML and XSLT
- Solid exposure to hosting and change management protocols
