Job Description
The Solutions Specialist is responsible for assisting Implementation project teams to deliver Dayforce configuration that follow best practices, providing limited customer support to clients that are awaiting implementation of their Dayforce product, and delivering long-term solutions to fix configuration gaps identified by Dayforce customers post go-live.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant software/computer related fields
- Proficiency with SQL and an understanding of relational database systems
- Superior communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
