Job Description
The Service Consultant is responsible for managing projects that vary in nature based on solution purchased and complexity of requirements, providing clients with effective solutions aligned to our commitment of reliable, repeatable, and quality implementation practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Exposure to basic project management principles
- Minimum 2-4 years in customer service/consultancy, payroll processing, or project coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- SaaS/Cloud experience; HRIS preferred
- Basic understanding of SQL, XML, relational databases
- Experience with systems like Salesforce, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Workbrain/Infor, Oracle HR/Payroll, etc.
