Job Description
The Service Consultant is responsible for managing projects that vary in nature based on the solution purchased and the complexity of requirements, working in a project team to provide clients with effective solutions that align with our commitment to reliable, repeatable, and high-quality implementation practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Exposure to basic project management principles
- Minimum 4 years in customer service/consultancy, payroll processing or project management coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Experience with software in a SaaS / Cloud computing environment; experience with HRIS preferred
- Basic understanding of relational databases, SQL, and XML is required
- Experience with any of the following applications is an asset: SalesForce.com, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Workbrain/Infor, RedPrairie/JDA, Ultimate, Oracle HR/Payroll, PeopleSoft
- Aptitude to effectively implement an HRIS module or similar end-to-end solution
