Sr Workforce Operations Analyst

As a Senior GCO Operations Analyst, you will apply analytical and business acumen to help GCO leaders make informed, data-driven decisions. You’ll lead reporting initiatives, support forecasting and operational planning, and mentor analysts on data modeling and visualization best practices.

Requirements

• Advanced workforce analytics, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex workforce data for senior and executive audiences.
• Experience developing dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience working with omnichannel workforce data and tools is a must
