TRC - Assistant Residence Manager 1

The Resource Center has been providing services to persons with disabilities since 1958. The Assistant Residence Manager 1 will assist the Residence Manager in the operation of the residence, supervise direct care staff, and implement individualized programming for residents.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of educational/training techniques for developmentally disabled adults
• Demonstrated competency in working with individuals with challenging behaviors
• Ability to understand and follow written habilitation plans and track, collect, and interpret data
• Ability to oversee delivery of services and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• Reliability, adaptability, flexibility, and willingness to work additional hours as needed
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
