Job Description
Provides crisis intervention services and case management for individuals in crisis, including psychoeducation, crisis interventions, and development of relapse prevention strategies. Works with a team to provide a wide range of psychosocial evaluation/assessment and diagnostic services in a high-intensity clinical environment. Must have experience providing crisis care in assertive outreach, assertive community treatment, emergency departments, inpatient units, or other services providing comprehensive emergency/crisis services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 years of life experience with a serious mental illness or substance addiction (for Para Professional Tech 1)
- Peer Support Certification (for Peer Support Tech 1)
- Bachelor's degree in social work, Counseling, or another Human Services field (for AP Tech 1)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in social work, Counseling, or another Human Services field (for QP Tech 2)
