Mobile Crisis Management Behavioral Technician- Afternoon: Provides psychosocial evaluation/assessment, diagnostic, crisis intervention services in a high-intensity clinical environment. Requires clinical assessment and evaluation skills to consumers in crisis. Case management/supportive services for disposition of cases is a core function.
Requirements
- Education/Experience
- Life experience of being diagnosed with a serious mental illness or substance addiction problem
- Peer Support Certification (for Peer Support level)
- Bachelor's degree in social work, Counseling or another Human Services field (for AP level)
- Associate or bachelor's degree in social work, Counseling or another Human Services field (for QP level)
- 1 year of experience providing crisis care in assertive outreach, assertive community treatment, emergency departments, inpatient units, or other services providing comprehensive emergency/crisis services
