The Army JROTC Instructor at DECA serves as a teacher, mentor, and advocate for cadets' academic, leadership, and character development.
Requirements
- Certified (or certifiable) as an Army JROTC Instructor through U.S. Army Cadet Command
- Valid Ohio teaching license/certificate or ability to obtain appropriate licensure as required
- Effective interpersonal skills with children and adults
- Prior relevant teaching, coaching, or youth leadership experience preferred
- Solid, basic knowledge in core content areas and leadership development
