Manufacturing Manager to Management Consultant

This position requires 100% domestic travel, implementing transformational change, and delivering value by executing client goals and processes through frontline coaching. Responsibilities include working side by side with frontline staff, understanding client resource utilization, building client communication and relationships, and addressing issues and providing feedback.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of proven direct supervision and management experience (Production & Manufacturing industries preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to manage conflict, build consensus, and facilitate problem-solving and collaboration amongst cross functional teams.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
