Job Description
The Human Resource Generalist will build relationships within the HR department and throughout the operations departments to provide effective communication, administrative and strategic support, as well as guidance through an organized approach to rapidly changing priorities.
Requirements
- Recruiting candidates for open hourly positions
- Screening applications and resumes
- Coordinating the Hourly Employment Process
- Performing pre-employment screening process
- Administering safety programs and safety committee meetings
- Completing incident reports and accident investigations
- Tracking EEO information
- Conducting new hire orientations
- Completing all new hire processing and paperwork
- Supporting payroll department with required communications
