Job Description
The Human Resource Generalist will provide effective communication, administrative and strategic support to the HR department and operations departments, including recruiting, safety administration, and employee relations.
Requirements
- Recruiting: recruiting candidates for open hourly positions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and pre-employment screening
- Safety administration: administering all safety programs, safety committee meetings, and OSHA compliance
- Employee relations: conducting onboarding, providing a positive employee relations experience, and conflict resolution
- Payroll: supporting payroll department with required communications and ensuring all payroll information is submitted accurately
