Job Description
The Director of Engineering at Aitken will oversee the engineering and sales efforts, focusing on structuring and operating the engineering function as a cohesive unit, prioritizing and monitoring simultaneous projects, and delivering optimized designs within time and budget constraints.
Requirements
- Experience in structural modeling with at least three of the following analytical software: RAM, SAP, ETABS, STAAD, RISA, and others
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required, Master's degree in Structural Engineering desirable
- SE license in AZ and/or CA or equal
- 15 years related industry structural engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a management role
- Strong leadership abilities, including coaching and mentoring, conflict resolution, teamwork/collaboration, and budget planning/forecasting
