Job Description
The Falcon Group is seeking a licensed Director of Engineering to lead their Dallas-Ft. Worth Metro office, overseeing departmental operations, driving client relationships, and providing strategic leadership. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Civil, Structural, Construction, or Architectural Engineering, with a proven track record in business development, team leadership, and project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Engineering or Architecture
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
- Ten plus years of experience at a minimum in the architectural and engineering consulting industry
- Engineering/Architectural Intern or Engineering in Training Certification required
- Professional Engineer or Registered Architect license is required
- OSHA-10 Certification
